COCONUT ICE CREAM RECIPE
- 2 cans of organic full-fat coconut milk
- 4 large dates, pitted
- a dash of cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- a pinch of sea salt
Leave the coconut milk overnight to chill. In the morning, mix all the ingredients in a blender/ ice-cream machine to create a homogenous and smooth mixture.
Leave it in the fridge for about four hours before freezing it. When firm, remove from the freezer and whisk it with a fork. Do this on every hour!
